The service was OK, could have and should have been A LOT better. My service was scheduled between 8 and 9 am and it seems as though the owner just sent the 1st set of guys he could find. They called me at 8:45am to let me know they arrived to the facility. No one confirmed anything with me beforehand nor did I get a call when they were en route. They broke my chester drawer before even loading it onto a cart or taking it outside. Very upsetting! A lot of my things were broken, damaged, or just not well cared for throughout the process. The guys were very polite and mannerable. They were hired to do assembly yet came with NO TOOLS. This caused me to not be able to move everything I had and set up something with someone else ( more money and more time - glee). I would not recommend this company

They wrapped my furniture pieces with Care and didn’t mind that I talk a lot while they’re doing it they explained how pods work and encouraged me to take a picture and see that it will still be the same when it is delivered.
