The packing team was aces. I saved the review until the pod arrived just to note how brilliantly they did to get things set up safely and intact in one piece. That said, major feedback- one mover brought his own dolly, and you provide these folks with not even basic tools. Consider even equipping them with basic rudimentary items that need not be fancy and they can move literal mountains!

Both movers were incredibly professional and took very good care of my items. They got a couch into my apartment that I didn’t even think was going to fit. Top notch service especially for the price. Use them if you care about your furniture.

Called the day before and texted 30 minutes prior & arrived on time. Very respectful and hard working men; they took great care of my furniture.

Ford, Ezekiel, and Carson were fabulous. They assessed the whole house of furniture and boxes we had packed and started the puzzle to load the trailer soon after arrival. They were extremely courteous and we had some nice conversations. I would give them a 5 star review! I was pleased they took some time when done to eat some food we had for them and get hydrated as well. They were most appreciative and we were as well.

They arrived on time. They were professional, considerate, and accommodating. They worked at a quick pace, but were careful with my belongings. I would definitely hire them again!

On time, communicative, and professional!

They were late and I had to call them. I believe they should have contacted me that they were running late. It was scheduled for 8/9 and I allowed them to come 12/1 so I figured that it was plenty of time to get here. When I called their boss, he had them contact me. I think that the boss should have called me instead so they could have continued to work. They explained why they were late, so I asked how long it would take. They told me 20-30 minutes but it ended up being 45min. They did a good job but poor communication for arrival.

A1 Moving Specialists were the best! The communication was excellent, attitude was positive, they were friendly, respectful professionals who knew what they were doing and worked hard.... even finished early! I would most definitely use them again.

Big Boy Movers are the real deal. I asked for 3 workers, & asked that one of them was experienced with packing dishes/glassware. I had the boxes, paper, blankets, & plastic wrap ready for them. They answered questions for me before the move about city permits needed and about how much packing materials to buy. They arrived on time and ready to work, packed up all the contents of my house carefully , loaded into the moving POD, and out the door in less than 3 hours. Rate for 3 workers, 2 hour minimum $450 Professional, helpful, highly recommend!
