Hire Movers in Oregon

I was moving back from Las Vegas to Portland with a U-Haul packed to the brim. I hired moving labor help through U-Haul‘s moving labor help portal to load up on the Las Vegas end. I could not have had a worse experience. On my way to Portland I hired these movers to help unload the truck. The two gentlemen who helped me today were the best Movers I have ever experienced. Extremely professional, kind, thoughtful… Careful with all of my belongings… Went out of their way to ask where things should optimally be placed in my garage and my house and make sure not to so much as scratch one thing. It is no joke when I say that these two gentlemen literally have restored my faith in hiring people online to do a job. Thank you so much for your help today, gentlemen!

These guys were awesome.they were prepared to worked. They worked carefully, fast, and hard. They were very professional, and respectful to me and my property. They put my sofa together and nothing broken. I definitely plan on using them again.

An hour and 45 min late but completed the job with problems. Paid for 2 hours and it only needed about 45 min.

Very considerate and friendly, especially since we weren’t completely ready. They helped in every way they could, including a couple of items that were heavy and in tricky locations. They also showed me how to secure boxes and other things we put in after they left. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

They were the most efficient temp workers that I have experienced. They were on time, they were prepared and had a solution to our packing puzzle. They were careful and considerate. I recommend them without reservation.

I was very pleased with the beginning of the process. The movers were gentle with the household items. Good packing in the 1st of 2 containers. Still didn't take full advantage the space. However the 2nd container was poorly packed and the top ½ was not used. There was outside furniture being [packed that is hard to maneuver but I didn't feel they took the time to make the items fit. There was not even a consult with me, the owner, except to say this was impossible. When we open the containers at the destination, there was a jumble of items and I am waiting for the damage assessment. I would next time only have the movers do the heavy stuff and I could have packed the rest!

Timely, worked quickly, courteous. When the sofa bed we brought wouldn’t fit down the stairs, they moved it to a first floor room and disassembled a first floor sofa and reassembled it downstairs. Highly recommended!

J&M Moving went the extra mile and added crew members when our original arrival time slot got delayed by three hours due to another customer. Thank you! The extra hands were pivotal in making the second of a two-part off-load easier. The guys were courteous and focused amidst the chaos and got everything into the apartment and garage. Great job!

The crew were courteous and polite...something very much appreciated on a very stressful day. They were early but patiently waited as we finished signing our lease.

They were two hours late, but when they got here they worked their young hineys off!!! We had some heavy items and they handled them very well. Nice young men!

Responsive prior to job helped me know to get the appliance dolly and pads in advance. Called to let us know they were delayed. Went right to work. Took care with our possessions and loaded the heaviest things for us. I Wanted to extend, but they had other commitments . Would hire again.

Travel between houses was only 5 minutes. I got charged for .25. Also there appeared to be a brand new mover who stained my couch and a chair with dirty hands, looks pretty awful given my furniture is white. But they were pleasant overall.

They showed up when they were supposed to. Even though the place was a little hard to locate. They were very friendly, fast and courteous. They took care of all my things as if it was their things.

They loaded a POD with various pieces of furniture and also disassembled and moved some items within the home. They worked hard and handled the items with respect.
