2nd to none. Ben & Finn were timely, fast, & efficient. They completed entire 16' container ahead of blocked time. Will be hiring them next week for second pod!

The two men we hired worked without a break for three hours and did so efficiently and professionally. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys are amazing! They were quick and efficient in my move. But the thing I appreciated the most was the upfront and clear communication so I knew exactly what to expect and was never left questioning any step of the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The crew showed up on time and worked hard until my pod was unpacked. They worked quickly but were careful with my things.

Josh and Jay could not have been better. They were not only on time they knew how to work and they knew what they were doing. Because some of our move required in credible care with a very delicate piece of furniture they were able to do it perfectly. We can absolutely recommend them anytime anywhere. We have additional things to move and are considering using them for that next move in the next two weeks. Give our thanks to them for being who they were And Conducting themselves so well.

Great guy friendly but work fast

They showed up during the allotted 1 hour slot and were ready to go. I only hired them to unload as this was a cross country move that included two 16' PODS and one 26' Moving Truck, so my experience is probably not typical. I underestimated how much assistance I would need and they were able to accommodate me even though they had other commitments and brought in a second larger crew after the initial crew had to move on. One of there crews was defiantly their A team while the other one was a B team. That's not necessarily bad or unusual but I think it reinforces that some responsibility lies with the customer to be very specific on what they need, what unusual issues they might expect and what the customer's expectations are. VERY IMPORTANT...I used a similar matching service in my origination city and got royally screwed with unexpected BS charges, unacceptable "surcharges" and exaggerated fees. Big Boy Movers did not find new ways to increase there fees. If I hadn't underestimated the number of man hours I needed no additional costs would have been incurred other than what I already pre-paid. Their subsequent hourly rate was very fair. Movers showed up worked hard Easton and McKay kicked ass and unload (3) 26ft truck under 4 hours! Very polite and helpful!

On time, pleasant, and helpful

The two movers were great to work with. They worked well together and were very efficient. There was a great balance of them taking charge and using their expertise and also listening to my ideas and what I wanted. The most impressive was unloading into the storage unit. They packed it all in despite me under estimating the space I needed. Even though it’s tight, it wast haphazardly and I’m not worried about things breaking.

Jimmy and Patricio were on time, careful, efficient and diligent. They listened to me. I plan to call hire a helper again. Thanks!!

Wonderful! We were very impressed with their professionalism. They packed the Pod carefully and quickly and took extra care with my glass enclosed china cabinet. We didn’t think they would be able to get everything in and were debating about what we should leave when suddenly they were through and everything was packed! I definitely recommend these two men. Efficient, respectful of our things, friendly, on time, and easy to communicate with.

Our movers were amazing!! They showed up 10 minutes early to check out the job and didn’t stop working until the job was done. They had great attitudes and were such a pleasure to work with. Our move was not an easy one but they got it done!

They were fast and courteous. Very friendly and efficient. At the end they asked if there was anything else I needed help with even though they had another job after mine. Amazing service, highly recommend!

Samson and his crew were great. They came and listened to what I had to say, and then went right to work. Samson loaded the POD perfect in light of the fact it was going to be transported to another state. They were respectful of my property, my doors and walls. When all was loaded, they checked to make sure they had loaded all I wanted. Before leaving they checked with me if there was anything else I need moved. They left the job completing everything I wanted them to do. They were very strong and I had some heavy stuff!

Movers were on time and prepared for the job. They were professional, polite and respectful to us and our belongings. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Exception service! Thank you! Laura and Jacob
