The folks who came did a great job. However, I was expecting the following: I booked for 3 hours ( 2 guys) [ total 6 person hours] per recommendation of the booking agent. The guys who came , completed everything in 2 hours [ 2 guys for 2 hours equals 4 person hours]. I was expecting that I will not be charged for that extra 1 hour ( 2 persons) [ 2 person hours]. However they charged for the full 6 person hours , instead of the 4 person hours that they worked. Thank you!

They were on time and they went right to work.. They followed directions and took good care of my family furnishings. They finished early and were all very helpful. I’d definitely use them again??

The team did a great job loading and unloading in a timely manner. Especially good work to get a number of heavy items to the basement. Keep up the great work!

I struggled with this rating- OK seems fair because until we received our items we thought they were great. It was only after they were delivered that we discovered the issues outlined below. We chose Big Boy Movers because they had good reviews and claim to be professionals who "know how to load a truck so your possessions actually make it to the final destination without damage". I am sad to say they did not live up to that promise for us. First, let me say that all four of the employees were very pleasant. They worked hard and were friendly and respectful. They didn't seem to have the right equipment. For example, no hand truck with them so they mostly moved our boxes 1-2 at a time which took a bit longer. They did have an appliance dolly which they used just to move our safe and washer/dryer. Three of our four helpers showed up on time although we did pay for the full time for all four + an extra hour. One (Andy I think) showed up later and seemed to be in charge. Throughout the process, I questioned how things were being stacked, concerned that they needed to stay in place for a 1600-mile trip in the trailer they were loading. I provided rope and ratchet straps (in addition to what was already on the trailer) and showed Andy the adjustable bars available at the top of the trailer. He seemed very happy about the straps and assured me everything would be tied down properly to avoid shifting as much as possible. When they had completed the job, he assured my husband it had been, even showing us a bunch of metal bars they were attaching at the end of the truck. He told us that the metal bars were also placed in a couple of different places throughout to keep boxes and such in place. We were busy and unable to watch the entire loading process so we took his word for it. It was very disappointing to find that to be untrue when we opened the trailer and started unloading. There was not one metal bar, rope, or strap anywhere to be found. Instead, we found crushed boxes, leaning towers of boxes, and fallen items. It was difficult in places to unload without something crashing down. Most of our heaviest boxes ended up on top of our lighter boxes (many marked fragile). About 30% of our boxes and plastic storage containers are crushed and 2 of the 6 pieces of furniture we chose to take were demolished during the move. Not sure what kind of additional damage we'll find as we finish unpacking but it stinks to hold our breath in anticipation every time we open a box. I know things can happen that are out of their control, but I expect individuals we hire for a service to meet their commitments and do their very best. Take professional care and load them properly. Use the tie-downs and bars. Don't stack heavy boxes on top of light boxes. I think our items would have faired quite a bit better and you'd have a satisfied customer. Even more important is being truthful. Lying to appease a customer, which is what I assume happened here, is not a good strategy. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if they have a large number of items or need to move a long distance.

Great workers

We were able to load the truck within only an hour, it helped with time for me to drive to my destination. They did a good job in the 100+ degree weather.

Great guys that were so much help in my move. It was just the right amount of help I needed. Being able to pay by the hour is great!

Everything was great, they moved stuff quickly and without any problem.

1. One of the person came almost 45 minutes late 2. They were not wearing masks 3. They could have used moving dolly for easier carry of boxes. Overall, I am happy as the work got done in time and I would like to thank them for the hard work. Thanks.

Excellent work

Amazing!! 2 guys packed up my 2 bedroom in 2 hours including a treadmill, armoire, 3 tables, queen bed, etc. They were nice, friendly, and professional. 5 stars!

I would definitely use Mastermind Movers again!! They were great!! They were on time and ready to work!! Very friendly!! I think his name was Eddy He said he had been a mover for 25 yrs!! He really knew his stuff!! I was worried about fitting everything in the truck!! Well they did a great job of stacking Everything in and we had plenty of room in the truck!!He even brought rope to tie everything into the truck !!!! I had reserved 4 hrs and they got it done in 2 hr!! Very great job!! Thanks Mastermind Movers !

They were amazing. We had moved to Nashville 18 months ago. The movers there emptied our truck into a 10'x30' and a 10'x10' storage unit and they were PACKED - apparently not well. We came back with more stuff, slightly more than half of it this trip, and these guys fit it into a 10'x20' storage unit. So this time, with a lot more stuff, we will be using the same amount of space because these guys were so good. And extremely fast. We didn't even use the 2 hours we had asked for. They were amazing and will be unpacking the rest of our stuff in a few days!

I could not be more pleased with the level of service Alex and Jeff provided in loading a POD for my Moms move to NE. They arrived early and started immediately. They had to deal with 3 flights of steps. Never a complaint or break. They treated us with respect and even made sure Mom had a chair to sit in until they were completely done loading. Their packing skills were superb. Never seen such a well packed cube. Highly recommend Wasatch Premier Moverers!

Dan and his helper showed up on time and were ready to begin immediately. I showed them whet needed to be moved and they got right to it. I was surprised how hard and how swiftly they got everything moved without any scratches on the walls. They handled everything carefully and were finished with time to spare. The job couldn't have been done better by anyone. I would hire them again before even considering anyone else.
