I am giving FIVE STARS .. even though there was a small hiccup in arrival for the unloading crew we hired. Owner was sick as was his lead of the crew.. WE HAD to have this 26' truck unloaded and returned on time! Well THIS OWNER , Jacob of Tosh Moving Company called in ANOTHER lead BRANDON WHO WAS O. HIS WAY AND ALMOST TO VEGAS AND HE TURNED AROUND AND PICKED UP NOT JUST ONE HELPER BUT A THIRD! Jacob (owner who was so sick) was in CONSTANT contact with me and SO WAS HIS LEAD BRANDON AND HIRED HELPER where I found this company in the first place. Within tje HOUR I had not just the TWO guys I hired but THREE! They knocked out the unloading of our 26'ft truck in TWO different houses (3 blocks away) AND put back together our couches! All in TWO AND A HALF HOURS! So AMAZINGLY polite and friendly and patient to my poor distressed Mom and I who had just recently buried her husband and my Dad . THANK YOU MIKE, ALIX, and BRANDON FOR COMING TO OUR "Damsels in distress" this company not only MET EXPECTATIONS THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET IT DONE, get it done RIGHT and all with the MOST AMAZING EMPATHY AND HELPFULNESS!
