I am torn between giving a 3-Star or 4-Star review. I am honestly leaning more towards a three. They arrived on time. They were very polite and they did work quickly and efficiently. However, I pointed out when they started that I had provided moving blankets and four ratchet straps to tie down each section as recommended on all of the POD videos regarding proper packing of the POD. I did not want to be overbearing so I let them do their thing, trusting that they would do the job properly. When they were finished, I found they only used 2 out of the 12 blankets I provided and did not use the ratchet straps at all. I can only pray that my furniture is not going to be damaged on the other end. I wont know until a few months from now when my new home is ready. I was rather disappointed by this.

I highly recommend this service. My two helpers, Oscar & Miguel were the best, fastest, and courtest helpers anyone could ask for. They arrived early and stayed 10 mins late to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. I was really nervous about moving my belongings, but my helpers calmed my fears and took care of my things the way I care for them. I would use this service again, but I'm unhappy that I know live in a different state and wouldn't be able to get the same two helpers. both were not able to keep up with this 60 year old. ceaser was a good worker. maurice was kinda lazy. both were friendly. it took less than 2 hours, but you guys made me pay for 4. you guys were not my first choice, nor second. you were my last choice and i would not recommend labor ready, except as a last resort. and not cheap.
