Good workers!

2 Vip movers assisted with a local move, loading and unloading heavy items (furniture, freezer box and fridge) for 3 hours. Movers arrived on time, immediately prepped their equipment (moving straps, dollies) and got to work. Started with a walk thru, decided on moving sequence - that was it! The moving truck was professionally loaded and good to go in about an hour. On the other end, same professionalism and efficiency - all we had to do is direct the pieces to their location. The movers were very careful with our items, no damage at all (to items and homes). Communication was good. This was the 3rd time I used VIP movers, and I will use them again in a heartbeat.

The workers move moved most of the boxes and furniture in and packed things tightly. However, they didn’t use the ratchet straps properly. I had 6 ratchet straps to secure the load that I had provided to keep the load from shifting and only 2 were used incorrectly. Some of the boxes fell against the door and we had a problem opening the door. A box spring should have been used and strapped in place at the end of the load to hold back any shifting to the door.

Napoleon and Renaldo did a great job with some heavy material. Worked through the whole 4 hours and help with a new dining table, heavy and assembly. Fantastic job and thanks

The 3 men arrived right on time as expected, were very knowledgeable on packing a truck, worked quickly and efficiently and were willing to do whatever was needed. All were friendly and professional and even finished up early! I would highly recommend them. Great job!

Javier and his partner were fantastic. Very prompt, worked efficiently, really polite, and patient and helpful when we decided to rearrange some of the furniture midway through the move. Highly recommend and would use again!
