I was told from the online order that they would show between 6 and 7 am. They showed at about 7 am. I would have been happier if it was closer to 6 but it was fine. They were well prepared for the job and worked hard. I thought it would take two guys about two hours to load my truck, these guys got it done in 45 min ! They did an awesome job loading the truck, it was obvious they were experienced as they loaded the truck in such a way as to lock all my property together like a puzzle. I had nearly no damage whatsoever after a 1700 mile trip. I would definitely use these guys again.

Pros - movers were extremely kind. They called a head and showed up on time. Cons - very slow. I was charged for twice the time I originally estimated with the owner. Maybe one additional hour, but definitely not two. I am a military member and had numerous, large moves in my career. This was definitely the slowest. - They positioned one box incorrectly. It fell and broke the contents of the box - one piece was an award I received in the Air Force that is irreplaceable. - They scratched the door frame of my main door. This is a new build home with no scratches - I will have to sand and apply touch-up paint
