The movers were so helpful and quick. They professionally moved everything from the truck to the 2nd floor apartment. It was moving day and the elevator was in use. We were so impressed with our movers, Gabriel and Marvell! They were on time (actually, early), super efficient, and could not have been more careful with our large furniture. As far as we could tell, they didn't even graze a wall or other surface while moving it out of the house. They packed the truck up tightly and securely, and were overall very pleasant to work with. I had an excellent experience with Moving that Worx. Tom and John were great. On moving day they called to give us an ETA of their arrival, and they arrived on time. They were fast, efficient, and respectful of our belongings. After we unloaded the rental truck they even offered to return it for me. That was excellent. I would most certainly I hire them again and I would recommend their service.

First, we talked with them the day before we had our service scheduled to confirm the day/time to start. The confirmed starting time for them was 9AM the next day. On that next day, they showed up an hour early. Nothing horrible wrong with being a bit early, but an hour was just too much. We just weren't ready. They sat in their car in the parking lot for ½hr while we got ready before I could let them start. I was hoping to rely on them for advise and recommendations on how to load and whether or not they thought that all of our stuff would fit in one truck...because we had another rental truck reserved in case we needed it. They said they didn't have any idea....they'd just have to wait and see as they loaded the truck. Part of this I kind of understood, but then I thought that they do this all of the time, so I guess I just assumed that they'd at least have SOME kind of idea about space. A few used our bathroom when they were there....understandable.....One of the guys left a big mess in our bathroom...that WE found and had to clean up after they left....NOT understandable. I had them reserved for 5 hrs. They packed SO fast...banging some furniture against the walls, etc...sometimes, their is nothing wrong with getting a job done fast, but you have to do a QUALITY job too. There was just no reason for them to be packing the stuff that quickly. They finished in about 2hrs. I paid for 5hrs regardless, so I was a bit dissapointed. I'm pretty sure that I'll find more stuff damaged when I finally unload the truck into our new house, but for now, I know that there is a big gouge in our antique floor radio because it was packed right up against (directly touching) a wooden leg from our sofa. And they banged up a few walls in the house that I had to go back and repair right before we left the house. Anyway, the whole experience wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. If I had to do it again, I'd try my luck with someone else.
