I hired three people for two hours to unload a 26 foot truck into a storage unit. They were flexible when my time and location changed. They worked hard and diligently until the job was done. They even managed to get the job done in under 2 hours all while handling fragile items with care . Would highly recommend. Using them again when we need to move our items out of storage.

The movers were 3 hours late but that was not the mover's fault but scheduling. The job before mine wasn't scheduled correctly. Antonio was excellent! Strong, efficient, respectful, helpful and quick. The additional gentleman was very respectful. I would gladly hire Antonio again!

Pack Mule Moving did an incredible job for us with less than 24 hours notice. They even stayed an extra hour beyond what se had booked to help us out. They were hardworking, caring guys who worked super hard.

They were on time Arrived with a dolly, cord and plastic wrap so yes they were prepared for the job. Worked to get the job done hard. Respectful of my property and goods. Would use them again.

Our experience was great. They were prompt, respectful, helpful and made sure that we had things packed properly and work hard during the whole time. I would recommend them highly.

Howard and Sean were absolutely OUTSTANDING! Upon arrival they introduced themselves to my husband and me. Then, they immediately asked to be shown what needed to be packed. Both of them were VERY professional and extremely careful with our property. They worked non-stop and when finished asked if there was anything else they could do. Most importantly and amazingly, they packed our U-haul truck tight as a drum to include tying down items that could become loose. When they finished, we had HALF a truck left for filling!!! We originally thought the truck was not going to hold all of the items we had ready for loading. Additionally, when one of the top pieces of our German schränk had a side come loose while Sean and Howard were lifting it, Howard immediately brought the matter to our attention and offered his own tools for us to use in fixing the loose side. There are not words adequate enough to express our sincere appreciation for all of the hard work Howard and Sean did without complaint. Both gentlemen were kind and respectful. The company which employs them is definitely fortunate to have such model employees working for them. Lastly, I would like to send a shoutout to Brandon who contacted me (1) to see if I had any questions or concerns shortly after I made my reservation; (2) to reconfirm the job the day prior; and (3) to let me know that Howard and Sean were running behind on the job right before ours, but would arrive as quickly as possible. Definitely, use hire-a-helper when moving yourself.

The three men I had moving my belongings were extremely hard workers. They hustled and got everything done in a timely manner, but didn't rush or cut corners. They did everything that I asked them to do without a single hesitation. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

Pack Mule Moving labor helped us out when our movers from U-Haul moving labor help showed up, left to "go get something", and then didn't come back. I called the company and they were able to come out the same day. They were friendly, efficient and were able to move everything out of our 26' truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers!

Howard and Junior were on time and ready to go to work. It was a hot, sweaty morning but no mater, they worked quickly and efficiently. They completed the loading in the time I had alloted. Next time I make a move I would love to have them back.

Since I am not from the area I didn't know what to expect. They were on time as promised and had me finished ahead of the time allotted. When I unpacked 2100 miles later their loading skills were evident as I had hardly any shift in my load. They exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them.
