I think they could have done the unloading in 2 hours, but then your company would have missed out on the extra money. Maybe this is how you operate

I am relocating out of state and the initial help I had scheduled bailed on me last minute! I was so thankful that the POD company had sent out information for labor at a fair price which really came in clutch for me to get the heavy things packed into my POD! Tyler was very professional and they were on time and got everything completed in 90 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 10/10

Tyler and his crew did a PHENOMENAL job moving our 1br apartment and storage lockers into a POD. They were on time, worked efficiently, and finished ahead of schedule. In fact, they brought 4 guys and got the job done in 2 hours even though I paid for 3 guys in 3 hours. They were attentive, careful, and super polite. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to make it all fit, but Tyler went over all our stuff, updated us as he packed the container, and made it all work. We couldn’t be happier with their service and can easily say they’re the best movers we’ve ever dealt with.

They were on time, helped me run a smooth transaction from beginning to the end. Very respectful of my property and goods. Nothing ended up damaged or missing. Oh and the crew had a great sense of humor! I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

The movers were professional and meticulous about filling the POD. They accommodated my extended needs when I needed additional space they stayed longer to get the job done!

These guys were awesome !! On time even in the pouring rain, packed us up in record time and were nice and friendly. Such a relief on a stressful move day to not worry about the actual movers! Use them with confidence, you won't be sorry.

The only person interested in getting the job done was a lady who came with the crew...she was management but was actually hauling stuff with the other guys, as was I. They were in a hurry as they had lots of other jobs that day!

They worked hard and didn't break our things, but Phil could be a bit more professional on the phone and in person.

Big Guys Moves were absolutely wonderful! From the second they arrived they took charge of the packing of the truck and getting everything moved out. I scheduled them for 3 hours and it took exactly 3 hours to pack up the 14 foot truck and unload it at the new place. Without their help it would have taken us all day. Their experience showed when we realized the couch wouldn't fit up the stairs and they quickly thought of another way to get it up to our second floor apartment. Big Guys Moves made our move go so smoothly we just can't thank them enough!
