The guys were great, very helpful, worked hard. I had suggested since the pack took so much less time than I had prepaid, they would get paid for hours not worked and that would be their tip. They told me I would get a refund for the hours prepaid that I didn't use. They don't get tips directly from my payment. So I tipped all three of the movers. As the packers were packing things up to the top, in the back of the pod, jamming stuff up, I suggested that it wouldn't stay up there in the move. Movers stated it would be fine. I wanted rolled rug on top diagonally they stood it up and said it would be ok. POD DELIVERED THIS MORNING. LOAD SHIFTED. ALL STUFF JAMMED IN THE TOP AT THE BACK HAD SLIPPED OFF AND DOWN. RUG MOVED AGAINST THE DOOR AND THE HOOK ON DOOR. WILL BE UNPACKED TOMORROW, WILL CHECK RUG FOR DAMAGE. PLUS FURNITURE... EVEN THOUGH PACKERS WERE NICE, SUPER POLITE, NOT PROFESSIONAL PACKERS.

Our moving crew was great. The job was pretty straightforward, unload furniture from our rental truck, move it into a house, including bedroom furniture up one flight of stairs, and then move old furniture out of the house and onto the truck. They followed us to the Salvation Army where we were donating the old furniture and unloaded the truck into the store. The crew arrived exactly on time, got right to work, were efficient, and finished the job well within the allotted time. The guys were friendly and courteous, and very careful with our property. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need help moving furniture.
