I would highly recommend the two Marks for any moving job! They showed up on time, took great care with our things, somehow managed to fit everything into a truck that was just about too small, kept their sense of humor, and were professional at all times. They were on time, but didn’t let me know when they were on their way, and didn’t bring a hand truck or dolly. They were not prepared even thought the website stated they would bring these items. Maybe they were overwhelmed, Im not sure. They were respectful of the property and friendly. Luckily my new neighbor came out and let the movers bower her hand truck. They kind of just put sofa/chair cushions wherever instead of putting them on the actual furniture and I had to ask them to help me put the frame together for my bed. I’ve definitely had better. I was a little disappointed.

We were the 2nd of 3 jobs for the day. They called to let us know they were running late, giving us a new estimated time of arrival. They then texted to let us know when they were finally on their way. Once they arrived and were able to evaluate how much we had to move, they asked if we were ok with the job taking longer than the time we had purchased- we were, as we had anticipated it might. (It did end up going over, but only by 30 mins due to their quick work). They made the most of the space in the rental truck, then when we ran out of room, helped prioritize to be sure to get all the heavy items. They were very polite, careful with our items, and of our walls. We would 100% recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Justin and Rob were efficient, and fast, we had to go up a flight of stairs with plenty of bulky items and they did it with ease, they respected my instructions of were to place items, and were very careful with everything. On top of that, they had high spirits and enthusiasm, which helped my wife and I keep it light during a stressful transition. They were working hard but also didn’t mind conversations while working, which I appreciated because they felt more welcoming and friendly. When your project managing your families move the first thing you need is a reliable and trustworthy moving company. And if that’s what you’re looking for you found it. The movers showed up within the time window promised. They worked nonstop for the length of the move. Movers are human they need to drink water take a break once in a while. It was 94° and these guys took 1 15minute break max. I should’ve tipped them double. Advice, When you’re speaking to the representative and they quote a certain amount of hours based on the size of your move, go with that. If you request to shave an hour off you’ll likely need to add it back later. I’ve project manage for a living and had a team of service techs. The moving team moved very efficiently. They needed every minute of the time allocated. Other companies I’ve seen are not reliable these guys are. What else can you ask for.

This is a hard review… Once they got there they did a good job. However, getting them there was a problem. They were 6 yes SIX hours late! I had to call and text to get info from them. This isn’t they way it should have been. We hired them through “Hire a Helper”. The day before we had a different mover who canceled on us. They took our job last minute. What bothered me was they tried to use that as an excuse for their tardiness. Don’t take a job if you don’t have time. Yes I appreciate it but don’t complain and use it as an excuse for your tardiness. We were also told we would receive a partial refund for the tardiness. This hasn’t happened. This job wasn’t the first problem we had with Hire a Helper. Our movers in Vegas were late as well. I’m just done in general with this process.
