I went online and booked two people for two hours and filled out all the specifics. I have used Tire helper two other times. One experience was fantastic and the other one was terrible. This one rates somewhere in the middle I suppose. Two people showed up however one was a kid who didn’t weigh more than 110 pounds and the other gentleman was much more mature. They did not bring a dolly so they were carrying boxes hand by hand and dropped so many things I had several items broken. At the end of my time, I was asked to confirm that they were there for two hours which I did. But then was asked to pay an additional fee by the actual guys moving directly via Venmo. I was told that I went over my time by an hour, and he was only going to charge me half. In reality I did not go over my time they took several breaks and I also went and got them lunch so that they could eat. so did my things get brought into the house lose at least six items yes. Will I use a helper again… Only if I have packed my items meticulously and have time to supervise the entire event.

When it came time to get our large master bedroom furniture up the stairs with a 90 degree turn and split landing, they called the owners, who showed up and with their expertise, completed the job on those huge pieces in no time. Hard working unpacking. They did a good job. Only thing is, that out of all the times we have moved in the last 40 years they have always had hand dollies for different sized boxes.
