Rob and Brady are THEE guys for your packing/storage/loading services in my experience with my move. They arrived totally prepared and thoroughly explained everything they'd be accomplishing AND throughout. They present really excellent character, attitudes, morality, and the human element to themselves and the CAPE FEAR PRIVIONERS OF N.C. & HIRE -A- HELPER Company's I have zero issues nor complaints and would HIGHLY recommend plus seek Rob and Brady and their Employers again! Appreciated!

Wade and James were wonderful. They got started a bit late due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. But when they arrived, they had a positive attitude and jumped right in. I had very heavy furniture and they handled it all as if it was nothing, taking care to protect both the walls and the furniture during the move. I expected them to take breaks due to the heavy lifting but they didn't. They worked straight through until everything was set up in the new space. Then they made sure I was happy with the placement of the furniture before they left. I would absolutely use them again. They were very professional, courteous, and hard-working.

The folks that arrived did an outstanding job. Quick, and to the point.

Wade and crew surveyed items to be moved. They then went about loading the (2) 16 ft Pods. Furniture was removed from house without bumping into walls and other furniture pieces. It was obvious they wanted to do best they could for the customer. Very happy with performance.

Fabulous experience! I received a text when they were on their way. They arrived promptly and were well prepared, highly efficient and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time, prepared to do the job, worked the hardest of anyone I've ever seen (and I grew up on a farm and bailed hay); they were INCREDIBLY respectful and helped me with items broken/wrecked by the prior movers who did not do a complete job. I DEFINITELY plan on using them again, referring anyone across the country to use them - and think they were the best of multiple moving professionals. They are down to earth, humble people who were respectful, appreciative of the opportunity to do their best, clean, professional, and very nice people. I've worked with multiple "we show up in uniforms" companies - they did not - they could show by example a lot to other companies by the work ethic, honesty, respect and hard work they put into today's (last minute by the way) job. They should charge double for this kind of service.

They offered a bigger truck than we scheduled. Which was very nice

This crew was GREAT!! They were on time, prepared, and worked very hard. They took the time to walk through my home and make sure they knew what I wanted them to get done and asked questions along the way to make sure every detail was handled properly. I was thrilled to have such a great moving crew!!

The crew from 5 Star Moving was able to come early, on a Sunday morning none the less, and did a great job getting our moving trucks unloaded. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
