The two helpers arrived within the scheduled hour. They did not bring a hand-truck as was requested. The work was completed quickly, as I didn't have much to move in the first place. But there was a last-minute addition to the truck. Meanwhile they'd placed my mattress up against the door (in fact, at the point I asked to have the additional item loaded, one of the helpers was holding my mattress up to keep it from falling out of the truck and onto the ground). So instead, they put the last-minute addition into their vehicle, along with a full-length mirror (they decided to do that to protect the mirror). The mirror was delivered, but the other item was not. I contacted Handy Hands about it and was told they indeed had the other item and that they would drop it off to me. That never happened, and the contact (Marshall) is now ignoring my emails. Granted, my missing property isn't worth much, and can be replaced, but if they didn't actually want to return it to me, they should at least have offered me a refund for the replacement value. Sadly, I cannot recommend Handy Hands due to this.

Great help! They arrived early in the time frame I was given and started work as soon as they got here. They moved QUICKLY. I have zero complaints and will definitely be using them again.

The guys did a wonderful job today. They were very friendly and chatted with us all day. They were careful with our belongings and even took two trips to load and unload, which we weren’t expecting. They worked beyond our requested hours without any hesitation or problem. They showed up on time and communicated well. We couldn’t have done this move without them. Yes I will use them. I have to 4 stars because they are vey hard worker but they came to home without tools.

They were excellent

There was a misunderstanding, they did not have the tools needed to do their job. I communicated they needed a dolly and straps. Ended up taking an hour longer due to the wait for tools which never came.

Quick response from Marshall on my reservation. The crew assigned, Mike and Howard, did an excellent job. Very respectful, hard working. I would use them again.

A.R.M.S Moving was professional and courteous on our moving day. They got to our apartment a little earlier than expected so that was nice. They hit the ground running and completed the job within the time frame and it was not necessary to bill us for extra hours. They worked very hard! This is our second time using them and we were not disappointed either time. Thank you!

I rated this review 5 Stars only because there isn't a 10 Star rating. Mike and Matt are the hardest working guys I've ever seen in the business. On time as requested and completed my moving job in 2 amazing hours. Even though they worked at a remarkable speed they used extreme care in handling a house full of family heirlooms and antiques. Every item was cushioned and covered and made the 170 mile trip to our house without a scratch. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of moving professionals.

They were early which was fine. They worked hard, were friendly and courteous. And they took care in moving my belongings. I would highly recommend them..

We were very pleased with the service we received from the three men sent to help us. On June 11th Matt and James made swift work of loading the POD. I was sure there would not be enough room! Matt assured me there was MORE than enough room, Matt was right! I was impressed with their professional attitude and friendly demeanor. On June 13th Matt and Dan unloaded the POD and once again did so with equally impressive professionalism. A.R.M.S. has good men working for them and I am very glad I reached out to Hire A Helper for this move. Although I have jokingly said the next time I move it will be to the "home", I have no plans to move again as I am now located close to family and love the life of luxury apartment living. Thank you for giving us such a positive moving experience.

Workers were very hard working and helpful. My only complaint is that they started 40 minutes late due to a different job that ran late apparently. They did not have any tools or even a dolly and that would have been helpful for them I believe. Because they started late we were not able to borrow a dolly to help them out because the storage facility people had gone home at 5pm (they started at 4:40pm).

They were friendly and professional. I liked the fact they did not mind my dog, and they were able to get my oversized furniture up the stairs with no to little problems. I would definitely keep them in mind for my next move.

They were great. Came on time. Even text me when they were on their way. They finished in less than 2 hours and used the additional time to help us move furniture and boxes around. This is the 3rd move I have used them and would tell anyone it's well worth every penny.
