Leo and Kev were wonderful helpers. They were caught in traffic but kept me totally informed about when they would arrive. Once they came, they were very professional, polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to other people that need helpers. They were in good moods and were pleasant the whole time with the help that we needed.

Second time using them and they were incredible both times. On-time, efficient, courteous and incredibly careful in how they handled our furniture and protected floors, walls, etc. Proactively clarified where things should be placed, offered to replace old felt pads on the bottom of the furniture for me, etc. Highly recommend!

Daniel and his team are incredible. They saved my long-distance move! When PODS failed to deliver the container to my house, I was supposed to load my belongings into it, and Daniel was scheduled to help the next day. Due to PODS' mistake, we had to change plans last minute and move everything to the container at the PODS warehouse. This meant Daniel not only had to help me move my stuff, but he also had to rent a truck and transport my belongings to the PODS warehouse, where he then loaded the container. I wasn't sure if Daniel could handle this on such short notice (less than 24 hours), but he did it flawlessly. On the day of the move, unfortunately, a heatwave hit Long Island with dangerously high temperatures. It was also Juneteenth, a holiday. When I didn't see Daniel and his team at the scheduled time, I started to worry they might not be coming because of the holiday. However, Daniel texted me to keep me updated about the traffic delay from Manhattan to Long Island. He was very professional. When they arrived, they carefully handled my belongings and even helped secure them in the PODS container using his safety straps. I am impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Thus I strongly recommend them! .

The crew that was sent was extremely helpful, I would 100% recommend. Our originally hired crew was a no show by the other company, and this crew accepted a last minute job and did a fantastic job, made sure to pack all fragile items properly, protected all of our furniture and even saved us a foot of space in the trailer! Incredible!

I was suffering from the flu and they took care of everything. They were on time and made sure my items were carefully packed. I would use them again.

Percy Chang and his team members are by far the most organized and efficient team members I’ve ever met. They worked so fast to fill up two pods of items from my house and made sure to maximize the space as best as possible. I highly recommend them as they were very respectful with our belongings, made sure to protect each item, and most importantly organized. They also took great care disassembling our furniture and keeping the screws for each item.

Awesome work. They got everything done quickly and helped with extra stuff too!

Was able to easily accommodate my schedule changes, the guys were great to work with. I plan on hiring them again!

Used a 4 person crew to load two 8' X 16' PODs. Booked for 3 hours. One of the crew members was very efficient at loading the PODs. The other three were strong and fast. All were professional and courteous. No damage or issues. They even finished the job in 2 1/2 hours so I got a $95 refund.

On time, prepared, very hard workers, ready willing and able, very careful with all items, great team, best packers we could hope for. All around good guys!

Percy Chang and his crew were the best!!!! They were all extremely courageous, helpful and listened to any concerns I had on moving a particular item. Percy packed my truck like it was a Tetris Game!!! Not an inch wasted and every thing was packed with care and security. I have not met more kind, hardworking gentlemen in a long time!! My only regret is they won’t be where I’m moving to in order to help me unload. I HIGHLY recommend 4 the Love of Moving - no one could have done a better job!! Thanks guys !!

Efficient Moving certainly lived up to their name. They were great. Went above and beyond. Wonderful to deal with. I would definitely hire them again!

Reggie and Warren were amazingly hard workers. They are able to take directions well and made loading a Pod AND a U-Haul feel easy. They are jigsaw masters of getting our packed things to maximize space. We will be moving again soon and will be asking for them specifically by name.
