The workers were very pleasant and very efficient. They move very quickly and it was nice to see some young strong men be able to move your belonging sufficiently. there was a couple instances of moving particular chairs and furniture where they were very creative in how they could maneuver these pieces downstairs and through doors and others. I would recommend them. They kept constant communication as to when they would arrive and they went right to work and didn't waste anytime except the move quickly to get the job done. You got your moneys worth!

The team arrived on time and seemed enthusiastic at first. They pulled things out of a storage unit that had been badly packed, put them in the hallway in the building, and moved the boxes into the truck first. So far, so good. They seemed business-like. Then things slowed down. I was going up and down the elevator with carts to see if I could help the team make progress. After the boxes were loaded, the carts were not as helpful as hoped and things slowed down again. My belongings were loaded, but furniture, including antiques, were gouged in the moving process, lamps broken and the glass on a picture frame shattered. I did not know about the damage until I unpacked the load the next day. They were friendly enough, but not considerate of my belongings. They put a 50# weight on my great-grandmother's rocker. That did not turn out so well. They did not use the blankets I rented unless I specifically asked them to. They finished in the agreed upon time, but damaged so many things, I don't think it was worthwhile to hire them and will not in the future.

The crew was great and most accommodating as we had a last minute problem with the delivery of the pod and they came out and did some preliminary moving and were able to come back later that evening when the pod got delivered and finish the job. They stayed until the job was finished which was almost 8 pm, and they were great at making everything fit. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
