I would recommend them highly. They showed a bit early and went right to work. We had a POD and they were very knowledgeable on how to best pack it with furniture and boxes and to make sure that everything was tied off well. They were very professional and friendly and were very careful in all of their moves including stairs. Highly recommended.

The men were polite and respectful. They did an amazing job of moving my furniture and putting back the items that needed to be moved for them to accomplish their job. They came early and went straight to work. I would use them again and recommend to my family and friends. Their notice was reasonable for the job they did.

I couldn't be any more impressed! Tyler and Sean were great and made my move SOOOO much easier! They showed up as scheduled, took the time on a walkthrough to find out exactly what I required and set right to doing it. They were very organized and I was amazed at their skill in packing the truck!!! When we got to my new house (having driven very winding winding roads with many sharp bends/turns), not a single thing had even shifted! The unload went just as smoothly and, almost before I knew it, the truck was empty & everything was in it's place. Tyler and Sean were both professional & personable, worked their butts off, and saved me and my family helpers so much time, effort, and, let's face it, back-breaking work, that we all couldn't imagine having done the move without them!

Bryan and Alex were exceptional. Please give them a raise and a Vegas Vacation. They showed up on time, offered excellent move-in support, and left the home in a clean fashion. They listened carefully to our instructions. Bryan and Alex have done THEM MOVERS and themselves proud. I can't recommend THEM MOVERS and Bryan and Alex enough. Five Stars out of Five Stars!!

The company sent 2 men. They were on time and they got the job done. One of them was really nice, respectful and worked really hard. The other one took many phone calls during the job (from customers, the company and even his boss) and then complained non stop about the management for messing things up and not treating the employees right. I would use the company again, but only if they promise not to send me the complainer.

Showed up on time. Good workers but perhaps not the most careful. Well worth it price wise.

Based on Hire-A-Helpers recommendations at the web site for how many to hire, I sent my order in to Your Right Move LLC for 4 workers for 4 hours. Only three showed up - to be fair those men were on time at 10 a.m.. An hour passed with no 4th worker in sight. I called the numbers listed on the receipt. One number gave me a message stating the number was not available. For the other I got a voice mail. I left a message. At least another 1½ - 2 hours passed, but no one had returned my call. I called the 800 Hire a helper number and there was no answer except a recorded message to check the website. I needed help now, not to go searching on the web site, plus I had no internet up and running yet. It was increasingly obvious that the three who came were simply college kids doing whatever job they could take. We were grateful for their help and they were nice young men, but lacked any training. They were eager, willing to work, but less than careful. They did not follow instructions to read the labels on the boxes and stack them several deep in designated rooms after I showed them which rooms matched the labels– more than once. In the dining area they stacked a row of small boxes, one high along the wall. Then they stacked boxes at random, not rows, 2, 3, and 4 deep in front of the row of boxes against the wall which were only one high. They just hauled stuff out of the 2 PODS we had to unload and dumped it with no thought to organization, neatness, or helping us be able to find anything later. Because we've moved to a state where we have no family or friends (yet) we needed help, we could not do it on our own. Thus the need to hire help. One thing requested was to get two beds set up. One is standard type king bed on a metal frame. They didn't put the frame together right. Husband had to redo it. I had printed instructions for our king Sleep Number bed that sets up on a solid wood headboard/foot board bed frame. They kept asking me how to do it instead of reading the instructions and spent at least 45 minutes (all 3 of them) trying to assemble the bed. They failed. They didn't even put the bed frame together right. They'd set it up to look like the bottom support part of the bed was in place and all ready for the mattress cover with the airbeds and foam padding inside. It wasn't. None of the needed support was in place and they only put 2 screws and those weren't drilled in completely and stuck out 2- 3". They said the mattress cover, air bags and pump weren't in the bedroom, that they couldn't find the parts. We couldn't see them either. But later,my husband and I went in the bedroom and after much shifting and hauling, we found the boxes with those parts sitting right next to the bed but covered up by other boxes they'd piled willy-nilly on top. I'd instructed them to put the boxes labeled with the Sleep Number bed items in the bedroom in a certain place. They arrived at 10 a.m. and at 2 p.m. we still had no 4th worker and had not heard from the manager, We'd planned on paying a set amount. We had no choice except to have them stop after 7 hours (instead of the 4) so we could afford to pay them. The manager (owner?) finally called, but only after we asked one of the young men why she wasn't calling back. He called her then told me I could now call the manager. She had a very thick accent and I had to have her keep repeating what she said to me. She gave me at least 3 totally different reasons as to why the 4th worker didn't show up. I pointed out that if she was unable to line the 4th worker up, I should have been notified by email and/or phone. She argued with me. She finally tried to tell me that the 4th worker, she JUST remembered, was in the hospital. Okay. But why not let me know? Why not give me discount to help make up for it. But no. I had to pay an additional $145 and the work was not completed. More would have been done in a shorter time and I could have paid a bit extra to have them do a better job in clean up had the 4th worker been there. The garage was loaded in such a way that we just barely had a walkway get to the door to come and go and no path to access any other items. They did not clean up the mess they made in tearing paper padding off of furniture and other things. They left the PODS a total mess. Took my husband at least 3 hours to clean up their mess so we could return the PODS on time. It is our understanding that Hire-A-Helper is supposed to get a percentage of the entire job. However, the manager (owner?) INSISTED stridently that I pay her over the phone by credit card for the the 3 extra hours. I didn't realize what she'd done until I went to the Hire-A-Helper site to release the original payment to Your Right Move,LLC and saw that I should have added the added hours there. We are not saying that the young men didn't work hard, because they did. It would have been nice to get what we placed in the work order though, 4 workers instead of 3 and to have been either notified in a timely fashion or given some kind of discount. I was told that it was too bad, just one of those things, but they never give discounts. Unfortunately, we also saw the crew ding walls and frame work. This a brand new condo we are leasing so we now have to pay for repairs. We gave them a tip, but it was not for good service, it was an offering because we're sure these young men were vastly underpaid for this work based on the fees charged. I understand that Your Right Move was exceptionally busy that weekend (Easter) but it still is just good business to make sure you communicate with the client in a timely fashion why all the workers requested did not show up. The only way I'd use them again is if I had a guarantee in writing that the crew I hired would show up and follow instructions to the T. And we'd prefer a per person rate. We were paying for 4 workers for the 1st 4 hours for a total of $470 then $95 per hour for each added hour. We found the pricing a bit confusing the way it is set up. Since we moved from out of state and are still unfamiliar with many businesses and locations, we were grateful to have some way to find moving labor help.
