This moving crew was hardworking and very swift. They got the job done as requested, and we would highly recommend them to anyone else needing help with a move. Well worth the money!!!

We reserved our day and time and specified that we had a number of heavy items. As expected the scheduler said we’d need 3 people. We also confirmed that the company unpacking would send the appropriate equipment with them. The three men showed up with a small furniture dolly and shoulder straps. This was the first day for one of them, so he was in training. They were very polite and worked very hard to complete our job. The man in training was unloading a plastic garden cart with a wrapped item in it and lost control down the ramp. The cart fell off the side and one of the wheel supports got bent hitting the concrete driveway and the item in the cart fell out and hit the concrete as well. Unfortunately that item was a coin collection container and we discovered it had damage and coins were spread around because drawers became dislodged. This was very disappointing. They ended up using our dolly because it had more features and was stronger. We also ended up unloading things ourselves, because we could see it was a very big challenge for them and they were struggling. The one in training was just not strong enough to do the work. We tipped generously because we know how hard they had to work. We had packers that helped us from our original destination who were absolutely professional and competent, but this unpacking wasn’t that kind of an experience. I hope they will focus on better training with strength, equipment and shoes and be prepared for future challenges.

Drake and his crew did a great job! They were on time, hardworking, professional, respectful, and fast. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

Contacted HireAHelper after my other service provider movers didn't show up. I was in urgent need of movers in a timely fashion as I had rented a 26ft moving truck and it was costly. HireAHelper found Sebastian Moving Tennessee and sent the crew the next day. They actually showed up early after their first job cancelled. They called me and confirmed I could take their help early. They were fast - a job I thought might take three hours only took one with their great crew and organization. They created a line and were able to move my heavy boxes of hardwood for my new home in a quick fashion. They watched for doors the painters had set up in the living room and made sure not to hit them or any of the freshly painted walls. I'd be more than happy to use these guys again and have shared my experience with my neighbors and friends. I hope they will receive more calls for their work.
