Efficient and got the piano moved quickly and, if needed, I would use you again. But they did arrive almost a FULL HOUR BEHIND PLANNED SCHEDULE. We did get a phone call after waiting over 30 minutes, saying that they were 20 minutes out. The key problem was WE had no way to see if they were on the way.

I would definitely use and recommend this company again. I changed my move date several times, and Matt was so understanding and helpful. I was coordinating this move from Colorado to move my mother who was in Tennessee, and he was incredible, and very patient. He did everything he could to make sure the move got done, and he text me every step of the way to keep me posted as to when he could get a team out there to help my mother. He made me feel that my situation was just as important as any others, and his customer service is amazing. I would definitely use this company for myself or anyone else. Although they arrived 1.5 hours late (not their fault), they were able to work quickly and efficiently to get the job done in the two hour time frame. Damian and Gus were professional and accommodating the entire time. And it was hot and muggy. We had one piece of furniture that weighed 300+ pounds. Damian said no problem. We will use the back straps. Such pros! And on top of all that, they were just really good guys. You don’t see that kind of great customer service very often. We’d hire them again in a heart beat. The two reps Dan and Preston were fabulous. On time, had everything on hand to complete the job professionally. Through out their moving of our furniture and other goods, they handled and packed it as it was their own. Used the rented blankets on all furniture needed, making sure of course it was secure and protected. Considering the weather, above 85 degrees, Dan and Preston worked harder, moved right along, and respected both property, goods and "special" inquiries" made by us, and answered any concerns. Some of the furniture had "family" connections, (some over 40yrs old), Dan and Preston understood and made us happy. To all who read this review: If you have Dan and Preston to move your goods etc....they are QUALITY. They packed my Penske so well, nothing was broken or damaged when we arrived at our destination.

They were a few minutes late due to traffic issues, but they called to notify us of their delay. Very attentive to their job. They worked hard and steady and were able to complete the job in the alotted time. The men stayed until everything went through to corporate. This is the third time using hire a helper and yes, we would you them again. Great job!

My move was flawless. I spoke with Shane twice before my moving date, as I booked far out, and he was so nice and calming about my move. My priority was moving my piano. They arrived exactly on time, went about their job professionally, and got me on the road. Worked like precision and was so pleased with the care of my furniture. There was not one scratch on anything and the truck was full. Thanks for such a great job and for people like Shane who care. Thank you Ultimate moving.

If I could add a plus to my 5 star rating, I would. I hired movers in my hometown to load the truck and it was a disaster. When arriving in Sevierville, I was bracing myself for another high stress experience but the movers showed up on time, with a professional appearance, moving straps and unloaded the truck, to include piano and high value antiques, so carefully and so stress free to me, I wanted to adopt the guys into my family. They worked hard for the entire time with a short break for water. These guys are worth every penny.

They were on time. They handled my having four cats very well - especially being careful about opening and closing doors until we got them all in one place. They were careful with the items they were packing in my POD. I would recommend this crew to any of my friends and/or family.

The two helpers arrived on time and were prepared to begin upon arrival. They assessed what was needed to pack and began moving our possessions immediately and worked diligently throughout the time they were here, finishing in a little over a hour and a half. They packed the pod rather efficiently for the first 80% but they didn't rope off each section (we did purchase rope from the company and had extra) and when it came to the final dozen feet or so, they crammed as much as they could in the remaining area. We ended up going back in the next day and rearranging this area in order to better pack these items with a few remaining in our house and tying off this area to hopefully prevent any movement during transport. They were personable and professional and took great care to prevent any damage to our belongings. Their level of effort was appreciated. The only concerns/criticism we have is what we outlined above. We would use them again with a little more oversight provided to assure 100% satisfaction.

Very hard-working. We had to move furniture around to 3 different apartments & they were very capable. I forgot to bring blankets or towels to protect my furniture and they were so kind as to provide their own jackets! Very nice local people, we will be using them again when we move into our house next year.

V.F.L. Moving was able to put a crew together on just one hour's notice to replace the crew of a different company that did not show up. The V.F.L. team worked hard and had my 16-ft. POD unloaded and furniture put in place in the amount of time allotted. I would recommend V.F.L. to any family or friends without hesitation.

The guys were super polite, and were very careful unloading our 26 foot rental truck. They worked hard, and fast. They were careful placing everything where we asked them to, and went the extra yard for us. If you are packing up, or unloading a truck, why break your back yourself when there is a fine group of men ready to help you out for a very reasonable fee. We moved here from Florida were we hired help to load us up as well. I will say without a doubt the men from Mitchell Brothers beat our loading crew hands down for politeness, and professionalism. Thanks again Mitchell Brothers. We will be calling you in the future if we move again without a doubt.

They did a very good job. They did not waste time. They worked steady and packed everything tight so l do not worry about damage in transit.

The best and affordable help. These guys arrived on time and with a plan. They bought the furniture pads and dolly's we had requested and we had the strap for them to use. They loaded everything in a quick and efficient time, but made sure nothing would get damage with thoughtful placement. When we got to the new location they discussed how to move the furniture items up the 2 flights of stairs without damage, and did an excellent job. (No easy task as I had a 3 piece wooden entertainment center that pushes close to 350 lbs) The guys were polite and respectful and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. I'll will certainly use them again on my next move.
