They didn't finish the job, because they were double booked; it was disappointing, but they did make sure our heaviest items were loaded. One of our workers was very respectful, however the owner complained to us the entire time and asked us if we minded if our table got dinged up. Overall we would've been highly satisfied, but when you consider they said they couldn't stay and finish the job, the owners constant complaining, and asking if we minded if our furniture got dinged up, is what drew us to this service was "ok" rating.
