Good communication, on time, helpful and faster than expected. I booked pretty last minute after ending up in quite a bind, but there was no issue with that. Yay! I was starting to really panic when I found myself needing to move a whole house on my own, but Roosevelt said point us in the right direction and we’ll take everything from there. Everything was in fact taken care of and my stuff is now where it should be and in the same condition it was when I started. Can’t ask for more than that. :)

I had hired two guys for two hours. They were on time and worked very efficiently to get a rather big job done in the allotted time. Overall, they were a huge help. The only reason why I didn't give another star is because they didn't respond to our concerns for fragile items/boxes. E.g. when I pointed out that a box, labeled fragile, was stacked on the very top of others, not looking secure, the helper only said: that's secure and not going anywhere. He was wrong. We had everything packed and wrapped securely, and labeled with contents and fragility, but ended up with broken glass in a window frame. I understand that even with best efforts things may shift during a move, but I didn't appreciate that they seemed put off by our concerns, rather than demonstrating their care in their response. Everything else was ok, though, and well loaded. I would use them again.

Simply amazing service. I have had movers before and there is no comparison. AAA Allstar Movers exceeded my hopes and expectations. They communicated promptly, kept us informed as to their arrival time (which was well within the window) so we didn’t need to worry. They were super nice to our new neighbors and kept the walkway clear, they treated all our belongings as if they were fine china (haha!), and placed everything in the exact spots we requested. They even reassembled our bed and table, and still finished early! Oh, and they did all that while being cheerful and super friendly. Easiest move I hace ever had.

I would absolutely recommend the two young men who helped me move my furnishings from my three story home into my neighbors garage for storage. I was gifting my neighbor a sofa. They worked SO very hard at trying to get it up a stairway. It was unsuccessful. As it was just too narrow a space. The one negative thing I would have to say was not asking them to stack higher vertically. I didn’t notice until they’d gone that I took up so much of her garage. They accomplished my move in under two hours so I was refunded for an hour. I would definitely use them again!

John and Nick showed up right on time and loaded everything I had packed into the waiting POD quickly in a professional manner. They handled my property like it was their own. I would use A Aaron Glide again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

The 2 gentlemen showed up promptly at 10:00 AM and we had them scheduled for 5 hours. They brought all the necessary equipment to wrap and protect our belongings and were quite respectful. We had about 85% of our stuff in boxes and the rest was loose items that really couldn't be boxed up. One of the guys was highly motivated and worked very hard where the other seemed slow and lacking the same drive as in 3 hours my 2 bedroom apartment was not all on the truck. We were quite disappointed but I couldn't afford extra hours. So for the last 2 days we have been transporting the rest of our stuff in our vehicles. They did have what was on the truck unloaded which did include 95% of the furniture right at the end of the 5 hours, but it also meant sacrificing where the boxes were supposed to go and almost all of it landed up in the living room. I would recommend them as a company and use them again if I needed to with one stipulation that when the estimator shows 2 guys can move a 2 bedroom apartment in 5 hours, then that is what happens.

The three young men that you provided arrived a bit late but they let me know beforehand. They were clean, polite and hard working throughout the 5 hours that I needed them. They handled our furniture carefully and they let me chime in with ideas.

The three movers that showed up were absolutely excellent they packed the truck so well it's like an Old Navy turn they put 5 pounds and 4 pounds sock .

They were wonderful! On time, worked hard until the job was complete. It was a long day and they just kept working. I would love to have them again on any move!

They were able to show up on very short notice. Did an awesome job, were really careful with our things and were very friendly and professional.

•Were they on time? No. They got lost •Were they prepared for the job? Yes •Did they work hard? Yes •Were they respectful of your property and goods? Yes •Would you use them again? Yes. Senior loader knew his stuff. Helper did okay, but spent too much time on personal calls and not following instrutions. When paying by the hour, efficientcy and coordiation is important. That being said, I would use this team again. I would think in a few more jobs, there would be both for this team. Brian

They were very helpful and careful with our belongings. We needed to load the truck as tightly as possible and they worked hard to ensure the truck was securely and tightly loaded. I would highly recommend them!
