James and his team were wonderful and fast. Had a plan and completed the job in two hours.

They did an outstanding job, they worked quickly and efficiently, they were both friendly. I was amazed at the quality of their work, as I have moved many times, and they really were the best at packing my truck and making the most of the Time as I hired them for two hours (I am on a strict budget) only to move the heavy items into the truck first, and I could finish up with the lighter items. but for two things… 1. They over an hour late, which I didn’t mind as it actually helped me time wise. 2. Towards the end of the two hours, I was notified time was almost up, and I added another hour, and a generous tip. But Alex told me “it didn’t go through”. I was surprised and re-did the transaction. Then Alex asked me to Venmo him (what I thought was a tip) as he said the extra time was “not showing up”. Once I did he wanted it “privately” which at that point it felt shady. They DID do an excellent job. But I am definitely not wealthy so the money issue bothered me. I am a generous person but a $300 tip is insane.

The team arrived promptly, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. Their professionalism and courtesy made the entire experience stress-free. They expertly packed and loaded my belongings with remarkable speed and care, and they fit more into my “POD” than I ever thought possible. Exceptional service!

These guys were amazing, I paid to have 2 movers as recommended by hire-a-helper and they had reached out to me before they came out and recommended a having a 3 man crew which I declined as I really thought 2 people could do it in 3 hours. They showed with 3 people anyway, the owner came as a working supervisor so he can get around charging me for a third guy. The 3 of them busted thier butts getting it all done in the three hours. They wrapped everything with blankets and shrink wrap which accounted for the extra labor I had not thought about. Anyway I am very confident all our stuff will arrive undamaged and in good condition. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire movers in the greater Seattle area.

We had Rick and Danny from Movers4U and they were great. They stayed until the job was done and were able to pack us down into a smaller number of U-Boxes to save us money as well. They were on time and worked hard the entire time. I would hire them again.

James and his crew were fantastic! Prior to arrival, James stayed in contact and was able to arrive well ahead of the scheduled time. They set right to work, were efficient, professional, and took care of my belongings and the house at the same time. I was nervous that I wouldn't have enough room in my moving box but James did such a good job planning and packing that it all for with room to spare. As James told me on the phone, their job is to take the stress out of moving day - and they did exactly that! I will never move again without hiring pros to move and pack my stuff. Thank you!!

Called and advised they would be 45 minutes late Paid for 3 hours 2 men They brought 3 men and finished in 2.25 hours. Owner (minimal physical help moving) got a bit of an attitude when I requested an accounting of the total I paid versus work performed. Lead mover was not totally experienced in tying in all the items being moved. I had to remind him my move was going to be over 3,000 miles several times. I didn’t discover until they left that they took all the unused new tie down rope and straps I purchased for my move. I gave a 3 star okay rating but I personally would not use them again.

Team arrived on time and worked efficiently to completion on a very warm day. Very pleasant and responsive to our requests. Certainly would use the company again.

Those guys were worth every penny and then some. Extremely hard working and they know what they're doing. I would recommend them. I will use them again for sure.

Job well done! Great communication on all meeting times and even showed up a few minutes early. Took great care with the moving in and assemeling of a few tricky items including the fridge. Happy to recommend this company and team and would use them again.

Andre and Derrick called 30 minutes B4 their arrival. They reviewed our goods to be moved and stored into a POD. I expressed concern about my two curio cabinets and they told me how they would wrap them and prepare them for storage. Their professionalism eased the worry in my mind. They brought their own dolly and hand truck to make the loading go faster. They were quick and efficient and knew what they were doing. Despite a flight of stairs down which everything had to go, they were careful with the furniture and the new hardwood floors. Nary a scratch or ding on any surface. In 3.5 hours they filled 12 feet of a 16 foot storage pod. All the large pieces of furniture were wrapped in the blankets PODs had given us. Everything was strapped down to avoid shifting during transport. They did such a great job of compacting the furniture and boxes into the POD that there is still plenty of room for us to store some additional items we thought we would have to sell or donate. The best job they did was moving a 200 lb. solid steel desk out of a small room, down a hallway, and then turn it around a corner to go down the flight of stairs. Not one single ding or scratch on any wall or floor. This feat of strength and dexterity is what really sealed my 5 star rating. Agreement was they would arrive between 11 and 12, and they arrived at 1:15. No apologies. They worked hard and did a good job. Not sure if I would use them again. To be on time is important to me, specially on a busy schedule.

Thank you to Armstrong Movers and specifically to Mike and Larry. From the start, these gentlemen were professional and kind. My wife and I moved from California to Washington, and I was stressed out about what time we would arrive at our new home, and how to schedule an appointment. Right from the start Mike made a stressful situation easy by coordinating my ETA, finding out my location and contacted me throughout the day to make sure nothing was left to chance. Mike and Larry were at our new home within minutes of our arrival and immediately got to unloading. I had a car trailer hauling my Camry, which Mike made his responsibility to help unload as well as properly positing the truck. Any piece of furniture that needed to be disassembled for transport, they would handle. And vice versa when the furniture is in your house, they put everything back together perfectly. Mike even fixed the leg to a dressor that I broke before the move. They took the door off the laundry room to get the appliances in, and had technique for every situation. Even after everything was done, there was still time leftover that we had paid for, and they offered to help arrange our interior, and offered any other help that we needed. These guys were fast and efficient, but by no means cut any corners. They bring their own tools, their own equipment. They did their jobs like professionals and I couldn't have been more satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thanks again.

They were awesome in every way except that they did not finish the job by putting divider in place in place in truck and putting ramp back in truck. They told me that this was standard procedure (that the truck company wanted it that way) but I found out later that that is not so and I had no way of doing this by myself. Ultimately, this minor detail cost me a lot of time. If you use them, make sure that you insist that they finish the job properly. Otherwise, they did a good job of packing up the truck and took a lot of time securing things properly. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the failure to finish the job at the end.
