The guys were wonderful, courteous, and hard working. I can't complain about the physical work that was done. My complaint is that when I booked the services I told the scheduler that I had a lot of stuff in my home and would need a large truck. He said everything would fit in the smaller truck b/c I only have a 2 bdrm home. He did not listen to my request, and sent the small truck with ending up costing me double b/c we had to make two trips to fit everything. The job went from 4-5 hours to 10 hours and it cost me $2000 to move! As a senior citizen, that is on a budget, I cannot afford something like this. I will never use this mover again nor these services b/c they did not listen to what I said. I feel they may have purposely used the smaller trucks to make a longer day and a bigger profit. Again the physical movers that moved me were awesome and this does not reflect on them. They worked very hard and it was a long 10hr day. Sincerly, A senior citizen that got taken advantage of

Terry and Pete were very professional, taking care not to damage furniture, walls or door frames. They were both personable and maintained a sense of humor throughout the afternoon. I will use them again and highly recommend Strong Men Moving Services.

They helped me get the stuff out of my mother's house and they even took the stuff out that needed to go out to the dumpster. I could not have moved without their help. The only negative thing I would say is that the three-man team didn't divide the work evenly and the one person seem to get picked on more than the others.

They worked hard to get everything to fit in the storage facility.

The two workers that were supposed to help move our stuff didn’t show up. (Quit on the job) The owner was in contact with me and keep me updated on the the situation. The owner did show up with help but it was four hours after my schedule appointment. They worked hard for the three hour that I hired them for and didn’t rush with my items. They were extremely nice and professional guys. I would give another shot at helping me out with another move.

We hired four guys for three hours, but only three guys came. They gave us an hour for free which was completely fair with us. They did a great job unloading 2 28 foot trailers. Professional courteous and highly recommended!!!

Just used you to load a POD for renovations we are doing. I would like to request the same gentlemen to unload the POD when reno is complete.

They actually called and asked if they could come earlier and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody.

TBC must hire only the best! Our two men were outstanding workers and relentless toward meeting our needs for moving. I highly recommend them for hire and would use them before calling another company. Hire A Helper was also very helpful to find what we needed.
