3 out of 4 workers showed up on time. The 4th was an hour late. Even though we had hired 4 workers for 8 hours and stated that it was a large home, the workers seemed overwhelmed. They were out of sync at times --didn't really seem to be a team. The homeowner and son had to pitch in to get the job done in the time allotted. Hired this company based on the positive reviews, even though they were a bit more expensive. We could have used more information from the company and the workers from the beginning on how to have items ready for loading and what supplies to have on hand. Our first move in many years--they do this daily. The workers were pleasant and courteous to deal with. The company added on the supplies that were used but did not address the cost of the late worker.
