Efficient and handled my things well.

My only problem with th team was I think they took a little too much time. Figuring out how to pack. I had a huge truck which was a little over half full. Maybe they were trying to fuigure out how to secure such a small load in such a big truck.

Great job!! It would have been nice to have had to ask them to wear a mask, but they willingly did so and did a great job of unpacking our truck.

Very courteous and hard working. Took care with all my belongings and even helped put my bed together without my asking. I would use this crew again anytime

They arrived within the hour prescribed. They needed only to load a truck for us, as we had packed everything beforehand. They worked hard and accomplished the job within an hour. They were respectful of our property and were polite and professional. They apologized for charging us for 2 hours when they only worked 1 hour, but we knew going in that there was a 2 hour minimum charge. I would definitely use Pack Smart Moving Services again and would recommend them to others.

I had two helpers to load uhaul storage containers. They arrived at the start time of the arrival window and dove right into the job. Were very respectful of my stuff and made sure everything was packed securely. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone. I have never used movers before and so glad that I did for this move!

The guys worked really hard and did a great job. We have found a couple of items that were damaged but we don't know if that happened during loading into the Pack-Rat containers or removal. Our leather couch got damaged(scrapped) and our dining room table got torn a part a bit.

This is the second time that Pack Mule Moving have been our helpers. If I could rate them a 20....I would. They were on time ... totally prepared for the hard job ahead of them and were beyond respectful of our property and goods making sure that all priority furniture and boxes were placed into our storage unit for easy access. I asked if they were available for this move and will continue to ask for them for any move in this area.

The two gentlemen who came to assist with our move were FABULOUS! They were kind, professional and extremely patient with me and some last minute changes. They came in and immediately went to work, they didn't goof off and actually had the job done under the two hours allotted. We will be using A Plus Movers again and it's my intention to request these gentlemen again. Thanks for your wonderful service.

The young men that helped me did a great job. They were very respectful and asked me how did i want things. They took my beds down and placed them back up. They was very careful with my furniture and considerate of my home that was newly built. I hade no scratches to my furniture or my walls. I can say these guys was fast and efficient. They got the job done in a professional manner. I would definitely use this moving service. Most of all i would request to have the same young men.

Fabulous! Have used them twice now and both times was very impressed with the service and speed. Will for sure use them again in the future.

Excellent careful workers

Bill and his crew of 3 young men were prompt, considerate, and efficient in moving a very heavy desk between two locations.

Only one guy showed up, not the two they promised. Not thier fault, as the second kid who was supposed to show decided to quit right before unloading my Pod. The one guy remaining went to heroic efforts and got the job done, and he was awesome. They probably owe me a refund since they were one body down and I paid full price for two, but no matter. They do hound you to authorize payment immediately, and repeatedly, which was annoying. Overall, they did good work and I'd give them a second chance, but get the act together.

They were awesome. On time, polite, efficient. Started work as soon as they got here & got it done in the alloted time. I was worried I had too much stuff to fit the container but they knew how to pack to make it fit. I was very impressed with the service. I booked the night before because my help backed out on me & the owner worked me in. I would definitely recommend them.

the guys were great! they were on time the day of the move... actually they were a few minutes early. i had a bad experience with my movers previous to this so i was on edge when they first came to the house. a few minutes in i could tell i had nothing to worry about. they were professional and gentle with all of my belongings. i would definitely recommend this crew to my friends and family.

They agreed to be on call while I waited for previous homeowners to move out. It was a pleasure working with Brandon throughout the entire day. Very helpful offered advice and completed the job quickly.
