The pair of movers sent a text ahead of arrival, they were on time. There was great communication throughout the entire process from booking, confirm, move. They actually finished early they were so quick with everything, even with moving up 3 flights of stairs. Very respectful of my items and home, nothing was broke or damaged, and there were NO marks or a scratch left on the walls. All items were placed where I requested. Next move, I will be using First Class Moving again.

The 2 men who came to move our belongings were on time, very respectful, and knowledgeable. They worked well together and got the job done nicely. We drove the rental van 17 hours and everything stayed in place and arrived undamaged! I can only hope the rest of their team or company are as good as these 2 were for us!

My helpers were courteous, professional and on time! UGH I wish I could remember their names so sorry guys!!! But! They took the time to wrap my dresser and end tables and I was amazed at how fast they were able to get my furniture loaded into the trailer I had. I really enjoyed meeting them....and would strongly recommend this company for your moving needs! It was my first time ever hiring this company and needing this type of service so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the communication from the time I booked the appointment to the actual moving day was superior!

Howard and Jeremiah arrived a few minutes early. They were polite and professional and very efficient. They even finished early. I would highly recommend. In fact, we have a second move in a few months and I will definitely request they come back! Great job.

We asked for two men to do some heavy lifting, and boy, did they!! They were a little late - because someone had called in sick and they had to scramble to get a substitute. But they did not cancel on me - and when they came they were agreeable to do anything. Work included getting some extremely heavy items up from the basement - an old hide-a-bed, an electronic organ, and a huge metal desk. They did it all with good spirit - no complaining and no cursing! We had not planned to have them carry up smaller items, such as the boxes full of glassware, books, and pictures, but they volunteered and turned out to be very helpful. I was totally pleased and would certainly use them again.

Pack Mule did so well our first time around that our on-site contact specifically requested their help again when we were back in the area. Thankful for such professional and strong men!

The two movers were courteous and efficient in helping us to unload our 26 foot moving truck. The house that the furniture was being moved into had some tight areas and that provided some difficulties. The guys did a great job overcome those obstacles. The guys were strong and capable, however, they were not professionally trained movers which was stated to us at time of reservation. That is why I gave four stars instead of five. I would recommend these guys in the future.

They were AMAZING! I have never had a positive experience with a moving company but this one has completely changed my mind. They’re communicative, extremely hard working, friendly, and I will be using them again guaranteed. I was able to leave my home, run errands, come back, and they had worked incessantly. If I could leave a 6 star rating I would.

Everitt was the lead and he was excellent ! But he had a trainee with him and he said that it held him up considerably and that he would have been better off doing it by himself. As a result - the job took much longer than you guys quoted and that made me very angry because you only sent 1 experienced individual. It cost us more in the long run and therefore, I will not recommend you to anyone. We used you thinking we would get great help and we ended up assisting with the job. Very disappointing!

Top notch work top quality labor listened well, knew enough to protect my belongings but kept my ideas in highest regard, never contradicting but helping always moving, nobody stopped to text their lady or browse the social media pages. Greatest assets was preparedness both men brought that he vehicles and wee ready to load them to help. That's just smart all around. Beyond good in fact the best help I've had in over 5 years working internationally transporting goods across oceans and over continents. 100% satisfied, This review is only for bellhops guys, I hope you didn't get ripped off by this third party company that did nothing but link me to your bosses, on to you corporate types bellhops good screening these gentlemen were a perfect fit and I would request their help again if Louisville is my next move. I hope you are taking care of them appropriately.

The team worked well together and were very efficient in loading both a 16' POD and a 26' U-Haul that arrived safely to my final destination in result of their quality of load.

Very personable & friendly. Offered assistance with picking up U-Haul truck & suggested truck size be upgraded because they were concerned the truck I had reserved would be too small to move all items in 1 load. Was disappointed that they used a quilt my grandmother made me & a blanket I had just washed to use on my bed that night in my new apt. when their listing indicated that they had furniture pads for loading/unloading. They didn't even ask me to verify that it was ok that they use them. It's a very cold night tonight & I have to sleep with towels as a blanket because I could not wash the blanket since my dryer could not be hooked up due to the cord being the wrong type.

These guys were worth so much more than I paid! The owner contacted me right away to confirm date and time. He was very accommodating despite my last minute booking for an end of the month job. The workers that helped us out were fantastic. They were on time and stayed beyond the 2 hours (they also asked if I was okay with them staying additional time, which I appreciated). They worked very hard and were extremely knowledgeable about how to load our rental truck. All the items were well protected and everything was intact when we arrived at our new home. I rarely give anyone a 5star rating, but these guys definitely deserve it. I would highly recommend Pack Mule moving to anyone in the Louisville area.
