ThemBoys Hauling were great! Called ahead, started early, and finished timely! They took great care to pack our container well, with no empty spaces. Plan to use them again, and would recommend to all!

Brandon and his helper showed early to start the job. They worked efficiently, professionally, and with care for my home in mind. They even helped with other duties I had not initially hired them to do. Listen...if you are moving...clearing a home....or just need labor for the job they offer, you will not find better option. I highly recommend the company.

The crew was on time and were very prepared for the job at hand to load the truck. They were very careful and respectful while loading our possessions into the truck and worked extra hard to make sure every inch of usable space was filled. The two men worked well as a team and had their system down to a "T." We would definitely use them again.

They got the job done in terms of our heavy stuff. We only paid for two hours and we got the 16’ pod emptied. I would have given them a higher rating bc they were on time polite and quick. The one draw back was they did put some spots on my walls. Mainly on the hairpin stair case. Nothing major, no nicks or dents. Nothing some paint couldn’t cover.

We hired this mover to help us load our POD and they did a great job. The POD was loaded very efficiently, maximizing the space. We had some very heavy bulky items and they were very careful with the furniture and respectful of our wood floors. They worked hard and finished the job in the 2 hours we hired them for ... well worth the premium I paid for this "elite" crew.

Great job! The guys at Pack Mule Moving were on time, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They packed my 16ft POD in less than 2 hours and even offered to load a very heavy, fragile piece of art in my car for me! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company!

I expected more for the money we paid but glad they could come same day. Was not at all impressed by the way they moved my furniture in general, maybe to them it was just another piece of furniture but to me it was something I cared about. In the past with other movers iv never had any issues. They left boxes unmoved and in the garage despite me saying where it went. What they did was completed under 2 hours so they could have offered to get the rest of the boxes moved and stuff instead of watching me and my family do it. We hired them so we didn't have to lift things because we have hurt backs. Was pretty disappointed and I have walls to clean where they ran my furniture into. Maybe they were having a bad day, I duno.

We had PODS delivered and Pack Smart loaded and unloaded them for us. The did a fast and efficient job of loading them, however it was the unloading that irked me. The day that they were scheduled to unload the PODS came and I was given a reason why neither of the PODS could be opened and they cancelled the unload after being here for 15 minutes. Although I didn’t cancel I was charged a $190 cancellation fee and when I had someone from PODS come look at the containers he was able to get them open easily. The rest of the unloading went smoothly when they returned, although they went an hour over and cost me even more money. They did the job just fine, but since I was charged unnecessary fees I would likely use other movers in the future to avoid spending money that I don’t need to.
